Issue/Introduction

Dynamically changing PCTRESSEC Xparm.

Can the CA Top Secret XPARM PCTRESSEC be  modified dynamically with requiring an IPL or recycle of TSS?

If FACMATRX is set to yes for the CICS FACILITY, then the PCTRESSEC XPARM can be change dynamically via:

TSS MODIFY FAC(facilityname(PCTRESSEC=YES))

command.

If the FACMATRX is set to no, then a recycle or IPL would be necessary.

Issue a TSEU=INSTALL to determine the FACMATRX and PCTRESSEC setting.
