Issue/Introduction

When trying to run a pgpnetshare command from the command line on PGP Desktop 10.0, you receive an error message similar to the following:

'pgpnetshare' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

 

Resolution

This error occurs due to the pgpnetshare.exe command line tool not being included in PGP Desktop 10.0.0 Build 2732.

The pgpnetshare.exe command line tool is available in versions of PGP Desktop 10.0.1 and above.
