When attempting to unmount a PGP Virtual Disk you receive the following message:
"PGP Disk Unmount failed because: "this PGP Disk is currently in use. Please close all files...try again."
This issue can occur on computers with Cyberlink or similar media player software installed. This can be due to an incompatibility with PGP Virtual Disks and software that attempt to index or search for media content on the system. When a indexing or search feature is enabled, the error may be displayed by the PGP Virtual Disk as PGP Desktop views the disk as being accessed by another process.
This can be corrected by temporarily stopping the indexing or search functionality of the media software and then unmounting the PGP Virtual Disk.
