Issue/Introduction

When attempting to enroll a PGP Desktop client, you receive an PGP Software Development Kit error and then prompted for PGP Random Input. After attempting to enter random input you receive an error and client enrollment fails.

 

Resolution

This can occur on Windows systems with some versions of the Aloaha PDF Suite (including versions 3.0.22 through 3.9.13).

To resolve this issue, upgrade the Aloaha PDF software client to version of at least 3.9.26.
