To move the user back into the correct policy, you must re-enroll the PGP Desktop client for the user. Use the following steps to re-enroll the client:
- Click the PGP Tray icon in your system tray and select Exit PGP Services.
- Delete the PGP Corporation folder from the following location:
Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data
Windows Vista: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming
This deletes the preferences file and allows you to start with new settings.
- Restart the PGP services by clicking Start>All Programs>Startup>PGPtray.exe
The PGP Enrollment Assistant appears.
