Issue/Introduction

When I create an Ad-Hoc report, to display all ports, with more than 60 days idle, why does Jaspersoft show the same interface, multiple times, with different values for the “Total Days Idle”?

Resolution

Report Manager contains all historical data, so it is possible that you will have the same interface duplicated, if the device or interface was previously destroyed and remodelled.

If you do not want this information, you can add a filter in your Jaspersoft Ad-Hoc report.

“Destroy Time” Equals  <empty value>

This filter when used will list all interfaces, that do not have a destroy time listed, and you will receive only the current interface in your report.
