Configuration of Federation between CA Single Sign-On and Salesforce

Issue/Introduction

I am now in the process of installing CA Single Sign-On and Salesforce in our test environment. 

I'd like to configure federation partnership to achieve single sign-on between CA Single Sign-On, acting as the Identity Provider and Salesforce acting as the Service Provider. 

Is there any configuration document?

We have the runbook that provides the necessary steps to configure federation partnership to achieve single sign-on between CA Single Sign-On, acting as the Identity Provider and Salesforce acting as the Service Provider.
