Issue/Introduction

Is the 64 bit version of SQL Server supported with SEE 7.x?

My clients are communicating with the SEEMS server but the Native Policies are not updating even though all the settings and procedures used are correct.

Cause

Using the 64 bit version of SQL Server 2005 can cause this and other problems.

Resolution

Only the 32 bit version of SQL Server 2005 is supported with SEE. The 32 bit and 64 bit versions of SQL Server 2008 are supported, however.
