How to access API Gateway root user via SSH to issue commands

Issue/Introduction

Customers are asking to monitor the gateways via SSH, sudo to root using password and execute certain commands such as

·         ps -ef

·         df -k

·         Read key gateway config files for unauthorized changes

·         read ssg logs for errors etc.,

·         traverse folders

·         create file checksums

·         top

·         vmstat

·    .         netstat
