Issue/Introduction

SEPM RU6 MP1 installed on Windows 2008 R2.

Since couple of days, embedded database service crashes randomly with Assertion Failed error in Application log:

 - Assertion failed 101412

 - Assertion failed 202000

Cause

Database corruption, probably due to an issue during one database backup.

Resolution

Follow Disaster Recovery procedure.
