The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible.

Resolution

1) Install SMART on your Symantec Management Platform (see http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO26135)

2) Go to Home > Smart DS Management

3) Select SMART Tasks > SMART OpenTFTP Swap In

4) Run the script against your Deployment Site server
