Issue/Introduction

When using the WordtoPdf converter component, they are recieving the following error:

Image file cannot be written to disk. When saving the document to a stream either PdfExportImagesFolder should be specified or custom streams should be provided via PdfExportImageSaving event handler

Cause

Any graphic file contained in the Word document cause this error to appear

Resolution

There is an internal KB article which contains a point fix for this issue.  Please contact Technical Support and ask them to review KB article TECH144444.  This will contain the fix and instructions for application.
