How do I refresh the ACF2/DB2 OPTS record?

Resolution

There is no refresh command for the ACF2/DB2 OPTS record. If you change the values of one of these fields, you must restart the DB2 subsystem for the new values to become effective. So once you create your ACF2/DB2 OPTS record you would just need to start the DB2 region, if the region is up you need to bounce the region to pick up the new or changed ACF2/DB2 OPTS record.
