Getting error 503 and “The service is unavailable" in 2008 server

Customer was getting an error 503 with message "The service is unavailable" but in 2008 server only

Cause

Unknown

Resolution

Customer modified settings in IIS as follow:

Removed the connection limit of 500 clients and it solved the problem
