Single sign on does not work after computer comes out of hibernate mode.

Issue/Introduction

When using the Single Sign-On feature of Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEE) the client computer is booted from hibernation, you are taken to the Symantec Endpoint Encryption logon screen.  After entering your credentials, you are then prompted by Windows to again enter in your credentials.

Because you are using the Single Sign-On feature, you expect to only have to send in your credentials once.

Cause

Defect in product before 7.0.6

Resolution

Update product to at least 7.0.6
