Issue/Introduction

In most environments the default agent settings work well.  However, in some environments that agent requires tuning to work better and to allow the SSIM appliance to work better in that environment.

Resolution

The attached document contains tuning information for the off box SSIM Event Agent. 

The changes mentioned for memory in the ses_work.properties file in the attached document is ONLY for off-box Agents. 

Any modifications to an on-box Event Agents ses_work.properties file is not supported.
