Issue/Introduction

Not able to launch the CCS Web Potal after successful installation of all the components of control compliance suite.

Cause

This happens because required settings have not been provided for CCS Web Portal under IIS.

Resolution

Step 1:
a) Add Domain Users group under CCS_Web site in IIS, to do so follow these steps
         a.1) Open IIS Manager
         a.2) Expand Default Website
         a.3) Right Click CCS_Web and click on permissions
         a.4) Click on ADD and append Domain Users group to the list

b) Add Domain Users group under CCS_WebServices site in IIS, to do so follow these steps
         b.1) Open IIS Manager
         b.2) Expand Default Website
         b.3) Right Click CCS_WebServices and click on permissions
         b.4) Click on ADD and append Domain Users group to the list

Step 2:
a) Select Integrated Windows Authentication for the CCS_Web site in IIS by following these steps:
         a.1) Open IIS Manager
         a.2) Expand Default Website
         a.3) Right Click CCS_Web and click on Properties
         a.4) Click on Directory Security tab
         a.5) Click on Edit under "Authentication and Access Control"
         a.6) Check "Integrated Windows Authentication

b) Select Integrated Windows Authentication for the CCS_WebServices site in IIS by following these steps:
        b.1) Open IIS Manager
        b.2) Expand Default Website
        b.3) Right Click CCS_WebServices and click on Properties
        b.4) Click on Directory Security tab
        b.5) Click on Edit under "Authentication and Access Control"
        b.6) Check "Integrated Windows Authentication
