802.1x Authentication not working with alcatel switch - Dynamic VLAN Switching not working

Issue/Introduction

Alcatel Model "Omnistack" 6200 Switch is not switching VLANs based on the configured Action Tables on the Lan Enforcer. The "Alcatel Omniswitch 6648" is the profile being used on the SEPM.

The Alcatel 6200 Switch is not switching VLANs when the Lan Enforcer sends the correct attributes to the switch to use Dynamic VLAN  switching.

Cause

The software version of the Alcatel 6200 Switch was did not include  the "Dynamic VLAN" feature.

Resolution

Upgrading the software to Version 1.7.1.17 (Latest) which included the "Dynamic VLAN Switching" feature resolved the issue.
