Getting error 'The context help ActiveX object failed to load' trying to open the Altiris console.

Issue/Introduction

Installed Notification Server and unable to bring up the Notification Server Console from the server. Getting error:

'The context help Activex object failed'

Also you can see this error:
The context help ActiveX object failed to load.: Automation Server can't create object (-2146827859)

Cause

The console cab files were not installed properly.

Resolution

Run the AltirisNSCABinstaller.exe from the Program Files\Altiris\Notification Server\Nscap\Bin\Win32\x86\NS Cab Installer Package folder
