Issue/Introduction

Customer unable to install new licenses. If you try to install a license by copying and pasting the context of the license file (.txt file), you get the message License installed but it does not list in the installed licensing page after clicking on the 'Refresh' button.

Cause

Unknown, but by using the License Removal Tool we removed old license files just leaving the most recent (based on AUP). After that we were able to install new licenses

Using the License Removal Tool we removed old license files just leaving the most recent (based on AUP). After that we were able to install new licenses
