Issue/Introduction

You added a new domain for which you want to receive email and you need to know how to configure the Brightmail Gateway Appliance to accept that email.

Resolution

In the Brightmail Gateway you need to add the new domain to the accepted Domains

To Add a Domain:

Navigate to "Protocols>SMTP>Domains"
Click "Add"
Enter the domain information for which you want to accept mail
Click on the "Delivery" Tab and review the information on this page and make any changes needed.

Note: After adding the domain if you are using Directory Integration/LDAP you will need to add or modify your settings to collect user information from this newly
added domain.
