Unable to start domino after installation due to a panic in Symantec Mail Security for Domino.

panic text containing the following: Mon May 24 17:25:01 2010: SMSDOM Panic: WaitForSingleObject failed in CGlobalMutex::Lock [Windows Err Num: 6 (0x6): The handle is invalid.]

Cause

Example: EXTMGR_ADDINS=nnem.dll,nnem.dll EM.DLL DBAPHook.dll DBAPHook.dll DBAPHook.dll

Resolution

Remove duplicate entrys from the EXTMGR_ADDINS line and separate entries with a coma

Example:
EXTMGR_ADDINS=nnem.dll,EM.dll,DBAPhook.dll
