The Symantec Messaging Gateway logs or alerts indicate that the MTA has crashed and restarted

The root cause of this issue has been identified and will be addressed in an upcoming release.
This issue appears to be infrequent and transient in nature.The MTA process is automatically restarted following the exit and the delivery of messages that were in transit at the time of the error will be attempted at a later time.
To help avoid this issue while Symantec identifies and implements a permanent fix, please do not shutdown or restart DDS during peak mail traffic times.
