1. Open the SMSMSE Administration Console. On the primary navigation bar, click Reports.
2. Click Views|Report Settings.
3. Under Tasks, click one of the following:

Reset Auto-Protect statistics
Reset spam statistics
Reset database statistics

This option purges all data from the reports database.

Reset all statistics

4. Refresh your screen.

  • Put in place a default reporting database.

The following document contains a copy of a blank cmaf_db.mdb with instructions and warnings for replacing the database that SMSMSE uses:  Report data is garbled incomplete or inconsistent when generating reports or viewing the home page statistics in the Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange console.

  • Repair .NET installation.
