Please check the directory data service logs for more information.
The cache size configured for LDAP source is not enough to keep more records than configured
Increase Cache Size following this steps:
1) Go to Administration
2) Inside Settings choose Directory Integration
3) Edit your LDAP source
4) Go to Advanced tab
5) Inside Cache Settings change the value: Cache size for another higher value
