Why are the GET LATEST MAINTENANCE Tasks suddenly failing with the following error messages?

EDC8130I Host cannot be reached.
A socket operation failed because no route to the remote node was available because of an incorrect address, an incorrect routing table, or network hardware problems. Report the failure to your local administrator for the TCP/IP function. Try the application again when the problem has been corrected.
