Issue/Introduction

Why do CA-7 batch forecast fail with error:

SFC0-82 NOT ENOUGH SPACE ON SCRATCH-FILE

Resolution

Increase the Scratch file space using the DAIO statement SCRTRK keyword in the CA 7 initialization file.  Set SWFTRK=255 (which is the max value and also recommended)
