Prevent invalid SYSTEM parm in an ESP Event

Issue/Introduction

Is there way to stop a user from coding an invalid SYSTEM parm in an Event on ESP Workload Automation system?

Environment

Component: ESP Workload Automation
Release: ALL

Resolution

Following are the recommended ways:

1. Do not code SYSTEM parm: and SYSTEM with the proper value from the ESP master will be added;  

2. Code SYSTEM(-), so that the event can be triggered from the master and proxy;  

3. Instead of adding a new event, the user can edit an existing event and change the event name. And when it's saved, a new event will be added.
