How could PDSMSS10 be INACTIVE ?

After PDSMAN is started with SS10 active - the command F PDSMAN,STOPSS10 would disable PDSMSS10.

During startup a parm of NOSS10 would prevent PDSMSS10 from being activated. If they use the sample PDSMAN proc that we provide this would look like this:

S PDSMAN,PRM=NOSS10


The functions they lose by disabling SS10 are Extended LLA Operator Command (ELOCs) are inoperative, and some commands to stop the CA PANEXEC product are recognized and prevented because of problems that may occur.
