Cause

This error message can occur if the patch to build 2269 has either not been applied or been incorrectly applied to the Ghost server.

Resolution

This issue has been resolved in Ghost 2.5.1 build 2298. Please contact Technical Support and refer to TECH131612 in order to obtain this patch.
