How do I update all in use Filters, Organizational Groups and Targets?

Environment

ITMS 8.x

Resolution

To update all in use Filters, Organization Groups and Targets; go to the SMP Console > Settings > All Settings > Notification Server > Resource and Data Class Settings > Resource Membership Update.

Select the Run option for the Delta Update Schedule. Or select the others as shown here to completely recreate or update memberships for the Filters, Organization Groups and Targets.

 

Note: If there are issues with this process throwing a Time Out, it may be due to the policy running on schedule when manually kicked off.
