Issue/Introduction

Starting CIM Server and getting error message 'CEZ10000E: Unable to obtain a passticket for GPMSERVE. RACF permissions probably missing."  The Passticket setup was removed from ACF2, but the error messages still happen.  Can Passticket validation be turned off?

Environment

Release:
Component: ACF2MS

Resolution

The Passticket call is requested by the server.  ACF2 setup does not mean a call will or won't be made.  The GPMSERVE has a parameter HTTP_NOAUTH that can be used to turn the Passticket call off.
