The possible causes will be on the resolution's list inability to confirm one or more of those items in the list.
Please confirm the list bellow, if you cannot confirm please make necessary changes.
1. Confirmed available HD space on installed drive.
2. Confirmed Anonymous access to the PostEvent.aspx and GetClientPolicy.aspx page. IIS>...>Altiris>NS>Agent>
3. Confirmed Anonymous access to the EvtQueue & EvtQFast folders.
4. Confirmed NS machine had sufficient storage space.
5. Restarted the Altiris Service on server and see if this resolved the issues.
