Issue/Introduction

Error "There are no more endpoints available from the endpoint mapper" when running a query in Control Compliance Suite (CCS) Data Collection

Cause

Connection to the Information Server (IS) fails because of an RPC service error.

Resolution

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. On the IS, Click Start > Run. Type services.msc and press Enter.
2. Restart the bvProcessManager service.
3. Restart the RPC Server service.
4. Run the query again.
