When trying to connect to a Ghostcast server using a boot device, Application error 503 is encountered, with Ghostcode 19932.
Symptoms Unable to connect to the Ghostcast server session.
Cause
This is likely due to a network or driver error.
Resolution
The best place to start to solve this issue, is to make sure Ghost Solution Suite is completely up to date, and has the latest network card driver for the boot disk or media.
Step 1:
Open Ghost Explorer, go to Help > LiveUpdate. Run this until it reaches version 11.5.0.2165 [or higher] when viewing the version in Help > About.
Step 2:
Make sure to update the NIC drivers for whatever Pre-Operating system being used in the boot device. The best source for NIC drivers is from the NIC manufacturer's website. Use the follow KBs to add the drivers appropriately:
