Issue/Introduction
This question appears when you try to restore an image. After the image is restored, the machine begins to blue screen or does not reboot.
Environment
GSS 3.x
Cause
Generally this is caused by the machine not being properly shut down.
Resolution
Changing from AHCI to IDE (or ATA/Compatibility) resolved the issue in this case.
