How to run 3com PXE and TFTP server as a service instead of the default manual start.

Resolution

To run 3Com PXE and TFTP services automatically:

1. Go to Start > Run
2. Type "services.msc" and click on the OK button.
3. In the right hand pane find 3Com PXE right click on it and left click Properties.
4. In the Startup Type dropdown change the default from Manual to Automatic and click the OK button.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 only for 3Com TFTP service.
   

Note: Both 3Com PXE and TFTP will now run as services.
