Issue/Introduction

When using the GSS Console you see the following error before the client machine fails and reboots back to the OS:

Environment

GSS 3.x

Cause

The Ghost Console default time out has been reset from the default 20 minutes to a period too short for the client to reboot and connect.

Resolution

Open the Ghost console.

1. Go to the Tools > Options... menu
2. From the Preferences tab reset the Server Timeout to 20.

Note: If the server timeout is already at the default of 20 minutes, you may be experiencing a different issue.
