Missing a ghs span file when deploying image

Environment

GSS 3.x

Cause

Ghost is attempting to restore a complete image that has span files and cannot find the span file named in the error.

Resolution

Ensure that all span files are available in the location selected. If there are any span files missing, these must be located and placed back into the folder with the .gho file, or the image must be recreated.

If all the files are there and this error still occurs, perform the following solutions:

• Open the file in Ghost Explorer and create one image file.
• Run the image create with the switch "-split=0".
• Create a new image within 8.3 naming and don't use any numbers in the file name.
