Can DBUTLTY run on zIIP processors, as Datacom MUF currently does? Is DBUTLTY zIIP-eligible?

DBUTLTY functions are predominantly associated with I/O.  

I/O activity is specifically excluded by IBM from zIIP exploitation.  So DBUTLTY does not run on an SRB today, and we have no plans to change it to do so.
