Does SEE-FD support Tablet PCs?

Resolution

Windows XP tablet PC is supported. A keyboard that works at the BIOS level is required for the SEE-FD pre-Windows logon. This could be a USB keyboard or, in the case of some models of tablet PCs, a docking station option.

The Symantec Endpoint Encryption Client can be configured to auto logon, bypassing the SEE-FD Login screen and allowing the Windows Login to provide the authentication. This can bypass the need for the separate keyboard.
