Issue/Introduction

Symptoms
When attempting to register a new SEE-FD user, the error "Exception error register general user failed. Please contact your administrator" appears.

Resolution

Reinstall the SEE-FD Client MSIs using the following commands:

msiexec /i "YOUR_FRAMEWORK_CLIENT_MSI" reinstall="all" REINSTALLMODE="vomus" msiexec /i "YOUR_HARD_DISK_CLIENT_MSI" reinstall="all" REINSTALLMODE="vomus"
