Issue/Introduction

Can SEE-FD be uninstalled from a computer with the software installed but no registered users?

Resolution

To remove SEE-FD from a computer that has no registered users
  1. Push a policy to remotely decrypt the computer.
  2. Remove the SEE-FD Client via Add/Remove Programs. Do NOT restart yet.
  3. Remove the SEE-FD Framework.
NOTE: Make sure you do not have a policy applied to the computer that installs SEE-FD, or the software will reinstall itself.
