As per technical document TEC1548203, when EEM is configured for 'Multiple Microsoft Active Directory Domains' (under Configure > User Store > User Store > Reference from an external LDAP Directory) the User ID in Catalog (as well as USS) need to be in the format of 'domain\userid'.
This technical document discusses the userID format to be used in Process Automation when EEM is configured to authenticate against multiple domains.
How should the Catalog userID be specified in the SLCM_GlobalDataset in Process Automation when EEM is configured for 'Multiple Microsoft Active Directory Domains'?
1) Login to Process Automation and open the SLCM_GlobalDataset under Library > CA SLCM:
