Issue/Introduction

Part of the healthy Sym Agent criteria is a "Network Connectivity" section, as highlighted below.  It says “The Agent is healthy if the last connection test was successful within X day”

What is the actual test that is run to determine this?

ITMS 8.x

Resolution

This is calculated based on information in the "Inv_AeX_AC_Client_Status" table. 

The last agent communication time is the latest events from these three:

1. Inv_AeX_AC_Client_Status.TickTime (converted to database timezone)
2. last configuration request time
3. last basic inventory received time

The TickTime is based on the Sym Agent connections to the Notification Server by default and is performed every 30 minutes.
