In early July, Symantec will be updating the way that the ClientNet Service Management Portal looks. The refresh is a purely visual UI change and will have no impact on any of the functionality of the ClientNet Portal.
As part of this change, Symantec will be introducing a new login screen, a new dashboard look, new headers and footers throughout the Portal.
If you experience any issue relating to the ClientNet Portal displaying incorrectly, refer to tech article: The ClientNet Portal is Not Displaying Correctly.
Upon logging in your last login details will be shown for a few seconds on the right-hand side of the header and then disappear. This information can also be seen under your profile information.
The links in the top right corner for My Profile, Help, Log Out have now been replaced with icons.
The dashboard will also incorporate a new fly-out menu in place of the current tabs.
Note that the link for cookies has been moved to the Support section of the dashboard.
