Please note that some limits can be changed on request, these have been marked in green below.
- General limits -
SMTP
- 500 Recipients per email
- 100 Commands per connection (e.g. SMTP Pipelining)
- 78 Characters [RFC] Email subject length
- 7 Maximum number of days an email can wait for retry in the mail queue
Track and trace
- 1000 track and trace results in ClientNet UI
- 10,000 track and trace results by email (per datacenter, so may yield more)
- 30 minutes Track & Trace API timeout
ClientNet
- 160,000 lines in the ClientNet report CSV
- 100 domains per customer (can be raised on request)
- Anti-Spam -
Group/User Limits (can be raised on request)
- 20 groups per domain
- 150 group users per domain
- 150 approved senders per group
- 150 blocked senders per group
- 150 approved senders per recipient (user)
- 150 blocked senders per recipient (user)
Global Approved and Blocked senders list limit
- 3000 senders across both approved and blocked lists per customer
