The Endevor Eclipse UI is missing create Package screen option.

Issue/Introduction

How can I create a package in a non-entry stage using Endevor Eclipse UI? I can create packages in entry stages without problem.

Resolution

There are two options:

1. Use promotion packages. Once the package moves up map, it can be selected at any stage. 'Stop at stage' feature can be used to have package remain in executed status for shipping. 

2. Create an empty package, then add the element action SCL to that package. See the SCL Reference Guide, Element Actions in Batch.
