License Count of Service Dates are incorrect within the VIP Manager.
If the license count (Users Purchased) information or Service End Date reported by VIP Manager under the Account tab is incorrect, please contact sales or your account representative.

If you have a PLA agreement, the license count may show as 99999.
If you have a consumer account, the User Purchased is used to indicate credential licenses you have purchased.
