Issue/Introduction

How to find compatibility for Web Viewer 12.1 and SQL Server?   Is Web Viewer 12.1 compatible  with SQL 2019? or other versions of SQL?

Resolution

In general, SQL Server 2017 is supported for 12.1 Web Viewer as is documented in our Web Viewer Supportability Matrix. Please note that the Compatibility Matrix does not discriminate between, or even mention Service Pack levels.

Web Viewer 12.1 has been tested and certified also in higher versions of SQL Server (SQL Server 2014 and SQL Server 2016, 2017).  Web Viewer 12.1 has not been certified with SQL Server 2019 but we do not anticipate any problems.  We will support SQL Server 2019 if any problems arse.
